We’re Off to a Great Start! 

Exciting times here at Priority Recruitment! We’re making big moves in our journey to become a fully registered CQC provider, which means we’ll soon be able to manage care plans in-house. As a result, we’d love to introduce you to Thriving by Priority Recruitment – a dedicated, non-traditional domiciliary care company that specialises in complex care services. 

This is a huge step forward, and we’re thrilled to share our latest updates with you.

1. Service & Registered Manager Applications – Submitted! 

The paperwork is officially in! We’ve submitted both our Service Application and Registered Manager Application to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Now, we’re eagerly awaiting the next steps. It’s a rigorous process, but we’re committed to meeting every standard and ensuring our services are fully compliant, safe, and effective.

2. Embracing Digital Care with Log my Care 

We’re stepping into the future with Log my Care, a fantastic Digital Care Management System that’s going to transform how we deliver support. This means smoother, more efficient, and truly person-centred care. Plus, it includes a family portal, allowing loved ones to monitor and stay involved in their family member’s care journey. Transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do, and this system will help us maintain just that!

3. Policies & Procedures – The Backbone of Our Service 

A solid foundation is key to delivering exceptional care. That’s why we’ve developed our Policies & Procedures, ensuring our services are consistent, safe, and fully compliant with CQC regulations. These will guide our team to uphold the highest standards and ensure the best possible experience for those we support.

What’s Next?

With our applications submitted, our digital care system in place, and our policies ready to roll, we’re now preparing for the next stages of the CQC registration process. It’s an exciting time, and we can’t wait to officially launch our in-house care management services.
