After an extensive career in retail, I then achieved considerable success in a big corporate recruitment company, however I felt that there was space for a more human connection with clients & candidates and more to recruitment than just sending as many CVs as possible and hoping for the best. My view has always been that you only get out of a partnership what you are willing to invest, so in August 2012 Priority Recruitment was born.
Driven by a desire to improve service in the recruitment profession and a love for the sectors we cover I am proud to say that Priority Recruitment is now considered a go to agency in our speciality sectors. Motivated by people and talent, I love keeping up with all the latest trends and exciting brands across the industries we cover. I have spent 20 years working in retail and sales based Management roles; businesses from £1m to £10m in turnover, teams ranging in size from 8 to 80. Having recruited and trained internally I took the opportunity to join Anders in his business venture in early 2013 as I felt we could provide something quite unique and bespoke with Priority. As I have been a retailer at many different levels I know the businesses I recruit into often quite intimately and believe it or not this is still a rarity within the world of Recruitment and more specifically Recruitment agencies.

After graduating from Aristotle University in Greece, I became a teacher. After re-locating to the UK I followed my passion for fitness by becoming a qualified instructor. The energy I had for this, combined with my love of working with people and a very Greek passion for food translated well into the world of hospitality recruitment. Now in my second year at Priority Recruitment, I spend my time head hunting fantastic people for well-known brands within the restaurant, quick service and coffee sector. Outside of the office, I am passionate about music, dance and of course, great food!

With experience in sales & KPI led retail environments combined with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, a move into recruitment felt like the perfect match for me. I aim to build long term relationships on a more personal level.
