After an extensive career in retail, I then achieved considerable success in a big corporate recruitment company, however I felt that there was space for a more human connection with clients & candidates and more to recruitment than just sending as many CVs as possible and hoping for the best. My view has always been that you only get out of a partnership what you are willing to invest, so in August 2012 Priority Recruitment was born.

I combine over 15 years of Senior Management experience within Hotels and F & B, working alongside some of the worlds leading brands holding positions in the UK, New York, Vienna and in Ireland.
My passion is people, and moving into Recruitment over 4 years ago, has allowed me to utilise both my passion and my Hospitality experience in supporting both client and candidate journey.
I am a keen Landscape Photographer, a lover of the outdoors and traveling. You will often find me up at dawn, on a beach, or in the countryside camera in hand, and of course a flask of coffee.

I began my career within hospitality spanning ten years and progressing into managing some well-known branded restaurant & cocktail bar operations before moving over to high end retail with a global ‘superbrand’. I then made the leap over to the world of recruiting where I met my now wife, so you could say recruiting runs in the family! Never losing my passion for all things restaurant related and great design, I enjoy supporting great companies and career moves within an evolving and fast paced sector that I know and love.

I have an eye for detail and passion for success, this was useful during my time firstly in Film & TV and subsequently in hospitality, and has now proved invaluable in my first 3 years in recruitment. During this time I have worked on numerous projects gaining extensive experience sourcing fantastic candidates both here in the UK and internationally. After graduating from Aristotle University in Greece, I became a teacher. After re-locating to the UK I followed my passion for fitness by becoming a qualified instructor. The energy I had for this, combined with my love of working with people and a very Greek passion for food translated well into the world of hospitality recruitment. Now in my second year at Priority Recruitment, I spend my time head hunting fantastic people for well-known brands within the restaurant, quick service and coffee sector. Outside of the office, I am passionate about music, dance and of course, great food!
